Rainford continues to builds presence in key markets
Rainford Solutions continues to
build its presence in the Defence and Telecom infrastructure markets and
recently exhibited at the following industry events in London during
September:-
Defence Systems & Equipment International (DSEi) 2007
DSEi 2007 was held at the ExCel
Centre in London Docklands from 11 – 14 September. This international event
is aimed at the defence market covering all elements of the supply chain
from prime contractors, sub primes through to specialist suppliers such as
Rainford.
 Rainford exhibited a range of
enclosure products for the defence market including their fully welded EMPP
cabinets and the on-board ship EMC / Shock & Vibration enclosures. Garry
Davies, Rainford’s Business Development Manager for the Defence sector
commented, “The overall response from the Rainford stand was excellent with
a high number of UK and overseas enquiries for our products, with requests
for quotations from a number of new UK customers”.

Telecoms ’07 – the Network Infrastructure Event
The Telecoms ’07 network
infrastructure event was held at the Royal National Hotel, London from 20 –
21 September. This event is dedicated to the UK telecommunications network
infrastructure industry and aimed at those involved in the specification,
configuration and installation of network infrastructure products.
 Rainford exhibited a range of
its telecom products including indoor cabinets, VDSL Street Cabinets and the
recently introduced Overhead Cable Management System. Jerome Fox, Account
Manager for the Telecoms Market said, “The response from those visiting the
stand was very positive especially for the new Overhead Cable Management
system. We established a number of new customer contacts and opportunities”.
